Clinical Applications Specialist: Neurophysiology Equipment (EEG, EMG, IOM and NBS equipment)


Guildford, Surrey plus travel.


Dependent on experience.

Working for the UK market leader in diagnostic neurology equipment, you will be required to:

  • provide high level applications support and training to clinical users
  • assist our sales team with presentations and customer product evaluations ( including in theatre)
  • assist with on-site networked equipment installations

Full product training will be provided.

Main responsibilities:

  • Providing high level applications support to customers
  • Providing specialist equipment training at customer hospital sites
  • Assist with and perform product demonstrations to customers
  • Organising customer site visits and product evaluations ( including in theatre)
  • Develop and maintain good contact with key customers
  • Being part of a team installing large networked systems at hospital sites
  • Providing some in-house applications training
  • Attending academic and clinical meetings to promote our products and keep up with clinical developments

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • Qualification to appropriate degree or postgraduate level.
  • Clinical experience of performing EEG, NCS or IOM
  • A thorough knowledge of our products and their clinical applications (full product training will be provided)
  • Good technical “know how” and an interest in IT and medical technology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to relate well to customers
  • Good presentation skills
  • Full driving licence
